 The process:

  1. Question: Where is most time spent; What is achieved?

  2. Analyse: Do time-spent and achievements match goals?

  3. Identify: How can achievements and goals be brought into line.

  4. Pilot: Select (or develop) training materials and run pilot course.

  5. Implement: Refine and implement across selected part of organisation.
